Are you looking to break into the NYC food and hospitality scene?

Rachel Snyder has been serving NYC since quitting her corporate job in 2019, hosting dinner parties, wine-tastings, creating grazing tables, coordinating events, and even the occasional wedding. According to us, the busiest season of the year is the best time to glean the experience you're looking for, complete with corporate dinners, holiday parties, and private events. Work alongside Rachel and her experienced team... we would love to have you. 

As a Holiday Intern, you will assist with the following events:

- One Pop-up Dinner

- One Private or Corporate Dinner

- Two Grazing Tables

- Wine or Cocktail Party

(opt. Food Styling on a Photoshoot)

You will learn...

- Prep and style for grazing tables

- Tablescape and settings

- How to open, taste and pair wine

- Styling and plating

- The set up and tear down process

- How to run an event with less stress!

Event dates and hours are flexible. We will match events with your availability.

Wage: $20/hr. Hours vary by event.
